Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivery confirmed. Lingo Coffee's standard shipping is usually with Courier it Couriers. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification of the shipping along with a tracking number. International rates will be calculated manually. Shipping times are normally:
ECONOMY - On average delivered within 3 business days to main centers and 3-5 business days to Regional or Remote Area.Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 17:00pm..
EXPRESS DELIVERY - On average delivered within 2 business days to Main Centre, and 3 to 4 business days to Regional or Remote Area
Delays due to strikes or courier errors are out of our hands.
DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THE DELIVERY MAY ON OCCASION, TAKE LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED OR MENTIONED ABOVE. WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOU GET YOUR DELIVERY IN THE SOONEST POSSIBLE TIME FRAME
RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
As coffee beans are a perishable product, we do not accept returns where there is no quality issue with the product you received. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that what you order will be to your personal taste, so please only order small quantities if you're uncertain about a new coffee you're trying for the first time. Please remember to use your beans when they are fresh (within 4-6 weeks of roast) for the best results!
Returns can be made on select items. Please enquire before purchasing if you are unsure. If an item can be exchanged it needs to be in original condition with all tags still attached. The customer needs to contact us and arrange a return. If it needs to be sent back to the supplier the customer needs to carry the shipping cost. Please double check your order to make sure you have the correct items etc. Cancellations of all orders that are already shipped out by our suppliers are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If an item is on backorder or an order is delayed by our supplier, Lingo Coffee will notify you via email or phone. In case an item is on backorder you have the option to either wait, exchange the item for another item or cancel the order.
Lingo Coffee shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Braap Tribe bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Lingo Coffee via PAYFAST (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for in South Africa. PAYFAST uses the strictest form of encryption, SSL with 256-bit encryption. and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://www.payfast.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Lingo Coffee separately from card details which are entered by the client on placing an order.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
